Welcome to Rowdy’s Ropes, I am so happy that you have chosen to be here! My name is Nancy and I would like to tell you a little about how I got bit by the horse bug and what brought me to being the owner of Rowdy’s Ropes. 

As a 9 yr old my sister took me with her for a trail ride and from there on I was hooked and spent every weekend possible at the stables from sunup to sundown riding the trails and loving every minute of it. 

Later in life I had the opportunity to move to Germany where I was able to further develop my skills, working under the guidance of a classical dressage trainer. During this time I trained many horses of different breeds of all ages and stages of training. I later went on to follow my true passion of training and instructing in western disciplines.  

In 2017 I moved back to the US and am currently enjoying life on the land in eastern Oregon. Aside from my horses, dogs and cats I have always enjoyed hand crafts and when the sale of Rowdy’s Ropes  presented itself I jumped at the opportunity. Rowdy’s Ropes has produced hand tied rope halters, leads and other related items since 2013 and I am proud to be the new owner of this company and I will continue to provide quality products for you and your horses. 

Everything I sell is hand tied/spliced by me. My rope comes from another small family owned business and are all made in the USA.  I then make them into my products you see listed here on my site.  If there is a speciality item you want but don't see in my listings feel free to ask!
